An event is one of the roles a value can play in Bondy: a typed record that something happened. It is never updated and never retracted, because it already happened.

event Allowed = {id: String, remaining: Int}Rules emit events, and a GenReactor process decides who hears them. Once the rules have settled, every event is swept out of the store, so an event exists for a moment and never piles up.
Not to be confused with a constraint, which stays in the store until a rule removes it.
